How the Fiber Separator for Tire Recycling Works

The working principle of the machine is based on the airflow separation principle:

Rubber granules or powder containing a small amount of fibre enter the machine, and the equipment blows the lighter fibre away from the heavier rubber granules using a high-speed airflow.

As the fibres are easily rolled up and float in the airflow, while the rubber particles sink rapidly due to their large mass, they are finally discharged by different discharge outlets, thus achieving effective separation of the two.
