Egg Tray Production Line Process

1, Pulping Stage – Pulp Mixing Tank

Waste paper is fed into the hydrapulper, where it is broken down into pulp with the help of water. The pulp then enters the mixing tank, where the concentration is adjusted and kept uniform through a stirring system.

2, Forming Stage – Egg Tray Forming Machine

The prepared pulp is delivered to the egg tray forming machine, where it is shaped into wet molded products like egg trays or cup holders using a vacuum suction system and forming molds.

3, Drying Process – Three Ways

After forming, the wet pulp products enter the drying stage to remove moisture and improve strength. There are three common drying methods, and customers can choose based on their specific needs:
